This weekend marks the first time in awhile fans will not get their football fix. Some fans needed the break; others will crave anything football related the next few months. At SBReport.net, we’ll bring you coverage all year of the Oakland Raiders and will provide special features to keep you busy throughout the off-season.
Here are what some members of the Raider Nation said about the end of the football campaign:
“Im actually free on sundays for a change haha, usually i dont do anything other then pay attention to football” – Navdeep Banwait
“Well, to be fair, there hasn’t been any football I cared about in well over a month #bitter” – Gustav N. Davila
“feels great. Heading to the wineries tomorrow. Can’t do that during the season. Football is just a part of my life, not all.” – Travis Fyfe
“It’s going to be the most depressing Sunday possible without football.
“ – Svea
“come on man. it sucks not having Raider football this weekend” – nocrabshere
“I like the draft (even though everyone nowadays thinks they are an expert & fan mock drafts are dumb), love free-agency…miss gms” - TheReverendJimNorton
“Already bummed about football being over..i REQUESTED to work this weekend!” - Marcus Gonzales
“In a weird way I don’t feel like season’s over. It’s more like we’re in between innings: just waiting on FA, OTA’s, camps & Draft.” - PugetZulu
Our photographers capture exclusive images at games of the players, and the fans in action. We salute those that donned the Silver & Black through the years in this first weekend of the off-season:
