Mike Tice now in the mix for the Oakland Raiders
More names join the carousel of candidates that Reggie McKenzie may have for his head coaching vacancy.
The Oakland Raiders requested permission to speak to recently promoted Bears offensive coordinator Mike Tice.
Miami Dolphins interim coach Todd Bowles, Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg, Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy, Broncos defensive coordinator Dennis Allen and Packers assistants Winston Moss, Dom Capers and Joe Philbin, have all been linked to the job.
McKenzie interviewed Allen today in Denver.
Tice led the Vikings to a record of 33-34, including a 1-1 mark in the playoffs. The 52-year old joined Chicago in January of 2010 after three years with the Jaguars.
