Raiders sign speedy CB Joe Porter
According to the National Football Post, the Oakland Raiders have signed cornerback Joe Porter.
The speedy product out of Rutgers spent most of his rookie season on the practice squad with the Green Bay Packers. Last year, he was with the Las Vegas Locomotives of the UFL.
The former Big East indoor and outdoor 200-meter champion spent time with current defensive backs coach Lionel Washington when he coached in Green Bay.
