Exclusive images of the Raiders at work during OTA

SBReport.net photographer DeMarcus Davis was able to capture images of the 2010 Oakland Raiders in action during Wednesday’s Organized Team Activities. Here are a few highlights of the session:

Darrius_Heyward_Bey001

Second year pro Darrius Heyward-Bey couldn’t shake off rookie Walter McFadden various times during drills, but he continues to work hard and practice on his craft in an attempt to erase the bad taste of 2009.

Kyle_Boller001

Kyle Boller has a live arm and enough talent to snatch that third string job away from Charlie Frye. Frye has an edge based on being with the club a season and the coaching staff feeling comfortable with the veteran’s presence. The former third round pick of the Cleveland Browns is astute and very coach-like in his approach.

Langston_Walker001

Langston Walker continued to work with the first team offensive line at right tackle. That position is one that is up for grabs and if he can continue to display an ability to lock down the edge, he’ll join Mario Henderson (LT), Robert Gallery (LG) and Samson Satele (C) as locks in the trenches.

Cable_Gradkowski

Bruce Gradkowski’s commitment to excel has never been in question. But with the acquisition of Jason Campbell, it will be hard for the underdog passer to unseat the former Redskin. Campbell is getting a lot of good work in with teammates and is absorbing Hue Jackson’s playbook very quickly. All the time off, inactive due to a torn pectoral muscle has put Gradkowski behind the eight ball.
