These statements are so, so true. I think taking care of Miller and Seymour (also Morrison) if vital. It shows that we will keep and pay the talent we have in-house. This goes a long way with showing free agents and the rest of the team that Oakland is a place they would want to be. But mostly it shows STABILITY. Miller, Morrison, Nnamdi, and now McFadden and Bush have been drafted by the organization and shown talent, and I’m tired of watching our talent leave to other teams and succeed. As for Russell, just cut your losses and move on. He does not have the will to be Committed to Excellence!

I believe the addition of Terrell Owens would be a smart move by the Oakland Raiders. In addition, if they could somehow add Brady Quinn, Michael Vick, or Marc Bulger at the quarterback position, lookout. Still, I’m betting that T.O. will end up deciding between Oakland and Chicago. We know he loves the Hollywood shine, so Oakland would be good media for his T.O Show. Likewise, Brady Quinn makes sense either as a Raider or a Bill. We shall see, get your popcorn ready.

I like your thinking!!! Why are the Raiders not pursuing a QB like Jake Delhomme? Yea he isnt who he use to be but look at what Rich Gannon did for the Raiders and he wasn’t considered in his prime. I truely think I could put a team of all rookies together that would beat the Raiders current roster. Its a shame because I am a loyal Raiders fan and have been since I was in diapers. Al Davis if you are listening please please listen to what everyone is saying! Stop drafting garbage!! You tried and it didnt work. They say we teach history so we learn from our mistakes, someone needs to write a history book on the Raiders STAT and put it on Al Davis’ desk. Seriously if we draft some fast nobody with the 8th pick I will give up. Al Davis give me a call, Ill help you out we can get through this draft together. I know it will be painful put I am there for you.
