Your wrong on Jim Plunkett and Tom Flores, Victor Cotto…how many other guys that qb’d two Super Bowl teams and HC’d two Super Bowl teams are not in the HOF…It’s a Latino bias and has been for years…Don’t tell me they did have the numbers….ask the teams that try every year to make it to the Super Bowl and fall short…who cares when they came alive they did it with the Oakalnd Raiders and many people have a Raiders bias as well…You can have the best players and the best coaches but if you don’t have the DESIRE to win, which these guys instilled in the personnel they lead on the field and sidelines it’s all for not. Stats are one thing but DESIRE is the one intangible you can’t coach. You either have it or you don’t and both of these guys definately had it!

Man o man this is looking like an Al Davis show, but instead of bringing in old players we are bringin in coach has beens. Why in the world would we get rid of Al Saunders? Why Bob Wylie? These were two of our best areas? some things never change.
